The fledgling Lynton & Barnstaple Railway in Devon is to feature in a new Channel 4 television series ‘Britain’s Favourite Railway Stations’, which starts on Thursday, 8th January at 9 pm.
One of the former Hairy Bikes duo, Si King, along with Siddy Holloway, known for her series exploring the London Underground, and architect Damion Burrows, will visit parts of the railway beyond simply catching a train.
They will explore extraordinary spaces, from station platforms to hidden worlds, where heritage, technology, and community come together. The new TV series was filmed last summer.
